Privacy

What leaves your computer, what never does, and how to control it.

Nothing in the app reports what you automate or what is on your phones. This website counts visits anonymously, as described below.

Counting visits to this website

To know how many people visit and download, each page of this website sends one small note: the page, the site you came from, a random id your browser makes up for itself, your browser's language, and whether you are on a phone or a computer. There is no cookie, no IP address is kept, and it is not linked to your account. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is sent at all.

What we store about your account

When you create an account we store your email, your name, and your phone number if you give one. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider, and are stored hashed — we never see them.

We also store an id for each computer you sign in from, so the device limit on your plan can be enforced, along with the times you signed in. You can see both in the app under Settings → Security.

What the app sends while you use it

  • Update checks. The app asks GitHub for the latest published version number. Nothing about you or your automations is included.
  • Your AI provider — only if you save an API key and use an AI feature. What is sent: the text list of what is on the phone screen (labels, ids, positions) and your description of the target; for the assistant, your question plus the names of the nodes on your canvas and the devices connected. A screenshot is sent only when your provider supports images and the screen has no readable elements. You choose the provider, and the key is yours.

What never leaves your computer

  • Your workflows — saved as files on your machine.
  • Your data files — Excel, CSV, JSON and text sources are read locally; rows are never uploaded.
  • Credentials and secrets — encrypted on disk with Windows DPAPI, tied to your Windows account.
  • Your API keys — encrypted the same way, and sent only to the provider they belong to.
  • Screenshots, recordings and template images — written to folders you choose.
  • What the AI has learned — element ids and labels, in a plain file you can read or delete.

Your phones

mobyx controls phones over ADB from your own computer. A Remote device relays that ADB traffic through the mobyx realtime service so the phone can be reached over the internet; the relay carries device commands, and you can unpair a device at any time from Device Manager.

Staying in control

  • AI is off until you switch it on. Switching it off stops anything being sent immediately.
  • Settings → AI lets you remove a saved key and forget everything the AI has learned.
  • Settings → Application shows exactly which folders the app writes to.
  • Everything the app stores lives in one folder, so you can inspect or delete it yourself.

Deleting your account

Email arvanworkflow@gmail.com and we will delete your account and the data above. Anything held only on your computer is yours to delete directly.
