Logic & conditions
#The Logic group
If and Compare branch on a condition. Switch chooses among many paths. Wait Until waits for something to become true. Chance takes one path some of the time. For Each, While and Repeat loop; Break and Continue leave or skip a round; Try and Throw handle failure.
#Conditions that look at the target right now
In If, Compare, While and Wait Until, set Compare to A live reading and the left side is read from the phone or browser at that moment:
Phones: Battery level (%), Screen is on, Wi-Fi is on, Foreground app, Text on the screen.
Browsers: Page address (URL), Page title, Text on the page, Elements on the page (a CSS selector).
Anywhere: Time of day, Hour, Weekday, Today's date, Target type.
Asked of the wrong kind of target (a battery level of a browser) the step stops with a plain sentence; it never guesses. What was read is also kept as ${last_reading}.
#Ways to compare
==, !=, >, <, >=, <= (numbers are compared as numbers), Contains, Not Contains, Starts With, Ends With, Regex, and:
Is Between — 10..20
Is One Of / Is Not One Of — red, green, blue
Matches Pattern (* ?) — https://*.example.com/*
Is Number, Is True, Is False, Is Empty, Is Not Empty, Is Null
Add up to two extra conditions, combined with AND or OR.
#Wait Until, and Chance
Wait Until checks again and again (every second by default) until the condition holds, then carries on through Met; after the time you set it takes Timed Out (or fails, if you tick that). It stops the moment you press Stop. Example: Page address Contains /dashboard after logging in.
Chance takes Yes a percentage of the time and No the rest, picked at random for each target and round: do something on 30% of rounds, or vary what a run does.
#Switch
Give it the value to switch on and a list of cases; each case is a path out of the node, and the first that matches is taken, or Default when none does. The cases editor shows every case on its own line with move and remove buttons, Quick sets (Yes/No, Low/Medium/High, days of the week ...), and warns about repeats. Changing one case never cuts the wires of the others.
With Switch Type: Number, a case can be a range or a comparison: 5..10, 50+, <3, >=18, !=0.
#Check the logic
The tick button on the run bar reads your workflow and lists what would not work as meant: a decision or Wait Until with no way out, a loop with nothing to repeat, a Break outside any loop, a Try with nothing to try, a Switch with no cases or an empty input, a case that goes nowhere, a step Start never reaches, a comparison with nothing to compare. Click a line to jump to that step. It also runs automatically before Run, and only stops you for real problems.
