The Mobyx Brain

#What the Brain is

The Brain makes mobyx remember and improve. When a step finds a button, it keeps what the button looked like; when the app changes and the old way fails, it finds the button again by likeness. When a step fails it tries the fix that worked last time. When you ask for a whole job, it does it, keeps the steps, and next time does it from memory in seconds, with no AI. Everything is kept on this computer. It needs a paid plan.

#How it works, in three steps

1 Tell it. Write a sentence. A simple one (open an app, install an app) it already knows. A new one it works out with an AI model, step by step.
2 It remembers. When a job works, the steps are kept, with what each button looked like.
3 It repeats. The same job runs from memory. If an app changed, it finds the button again.

You never train a model. “Training” is the facts it keeps: private, quick and free.

#The page, tab by tab

Start here — the three steps, a short check of what is ready (is the Brain on, is there a phone or browser, is there an AI model) with a button to fix what is missing, one-click examples, and what each tab is for.

Do a job — write the job and pick where to run it (a phone, a Mobyx Device or a browser). A line says what will happen before you press Do it: repeated from memory, a built-in job, or new. Save as workflow turns what it did into nodes you can edit.

Practice — show it a job (write the steps, take them from a workflow, or give it a screen recording) and let it practice on several phones and browsers at once; each is scored.

Check — reads a workflow and says which steps could break when an app changes, and strengthens them. Nothing changes until you ask.

Memory — the jobs it can repeat, the things it can find again (and how far each is trusted), the fixes that work, timings and history. Forget anything.

Settings — what it may do on its own, the AI model, and its data.

#Jobs it already knows (no AI)

Open SoundCloud opens the app on a phone and soundcloud.com in a browser, from one sentence. Install VLC from the Play Store finds it, checks the title and presses Install (never on an advert, never a button with a price). These need no model. Anything else is a new job: a model works it out once, then it is a remembered job and needs none.

#The AI model for new jobs

Settings → AI, choose Mobyx Brain at the top. It can follow the AI Assistant or use its own provider. A free Groq key is the quickest route to a capable model. For privacy or offline use pick Local model (Ollama): the card there takes you one step at a time — Get Ollama (opens ollama.com), Start Ollama, Download this model (chosen for your PC's memory, with its size shown first, a progress bar and a Stop button; a stopped download carries on later), Try it, Use this model. Small local models follow long jobs less reliably than a large hosted one.

#What it will never do

It asks before anything that buys, pays, deletes or posts (switchable, but leave it on). It stops when it is going in circles. It types nothing you did not allow, and a typed password becomes ${password}, never the password. Its data can be exported, imported, tidied or reset from Settings.
